Holding degrees in Psychology, Forensic Psychology, and Philosophy, I have honed my understanding of human behavior and mental focus, enriching my approach to fitness instruction.

Incorporating my diverse background, I have developed a dynamic exercise program that seamlessly integrates high-intensity cycling with expressive dance movements. Drawing upon principles from psychology, philosophy, and meditation, I guide participants to enter ‘The Zone’—a state of heightened focus and bodily awareness—both during and outside of training sessions.
